Boxing for Fitness class

Our boxing for fitness class is an awesome boxing workout. A great way to combine boxing and fitness into one session. Boxing for fitness is also awesome fun as well as great exercise.

Group boxing for fitness is on Monday nights at 6pm at Hudson Park Kotara (right next to Westfield Kotara).

It’s great cardio, as well as an awesome total body workout.

Only $15 per person which also includes dietary advise if needed.
